Friday was World Goth Day and I was lucky enough to catch a few of the sets at Club Gothika. I have to say that was truly the best time I have had in a club in ages! There was good music and friendly folks. It was really a treat to meet some of the fab SL designers who's designs I have come to know and love over the years in SL.  If you peek on the main event website you can find out when the next fun at the club will be and also take a listen to the very same sets I caught at the event. https://worldgothfair.wordpress.com/

On to the details for this look~
My perfect lil purple dress from Chop Shop is oh so cute. I really did fall in love with it as soon as I unpacked it. There are a few color combinations available at the event. My links below will give you direct slurls to the booths to help you navigate the sim. That is after you are done taking in the fab design of it all.  The sim is gorgeous, I know I already told you that but it doesn't hurt to repeat it, because the sim is FAB!

After you snatch up the dress go try your luck at the gacha at Dark Water Designs for this batty lil ring. At 25L you can't pass it up.

I finished off the look with shoes that are the perfect amount of cute from DeadPool. You can find these on the Marketplace in 8 different colors.
 
Of course with a look like this Koffin Nails from Dark Passions are the required manicure. This super cute polish set was at an event last month, but I am sure it is soon to arrive in the main store. Did you know that Dark Passions is an event sponsor at the World Goth Fair?  Don't forget to stop in the booth while you are there, B has some lovely items out.

I am still loving the Champaign line of eyes from Fix8, especially for a soft look like this one. They go so well with my fave pale skin from Mystic Canvass. You know I often think about how lucky Dante and I are that our main sponsors all have designs that really do go so well together. Such a joy to work with all of them, and to show you their lovely creations.

It's back!  The event you've been waiting for all year is back!  World Goth Fair opened up on 15 May and is running through 1 June so you have plenty of time to get over there, explore the stunning sim, and do some shopping.  Tons of vendors all featuring amazing items for the event, there's something here for everyone!

Pale Empress is offering up three versions of their Nevermore gown for the occasion...a 95L version in the Wine color exclusive to the event, a HUD driven version for 295L that gives you 8 dress trim colors, 3 bone colors, and 8 eye colors, and a reserved version that is also HUD driven and will be available in the mainstore once World Goth Fair ends.  This elegant gown features an off the shoulder look with a lovely mod raven skull that attaches to the front.  And at 95L this baby is a steal!

WORLD GOTH FAIR

The World Goth Fair is finally here. 

I have to admit I have been eagerly awaiting this event for so many reasons. This truly is one of my favorite events in SL. Where else can you find so many of SL's top dark designers in one place with so many wonderful new releases?  Not only that but as always from the folks at Cursed Events the sim design is stunning.  Not just simple dark and creepy, but jaw dropping stunning.  You really need to go see what an amazing job Loki Violet has done on the sim.

Did you notice the gorgeous walking stick in my hand?  It one of the new releases for WGF by Chaos, Panic & Disorder. Not only is the walking stick available in this wonderfully feminine and beautiful rose design, but there are also designs with a cobra, dragon skull, goat skull, panther head or a spyglass available. Be sure to visit the booth to see the shoes and jewelry as well. 

My dress is from Fission and features a simple under dress which could also easily be worn alone, giving you another nice staple in your wardrobe. The over dress fits perfect and adds a bit of celestial enchantment.

Black Tulip is offering up 50 new poses (with mirrors) for WGF. So many to choose form, including some sitting poses. They are packaged in sets of 5 and a HUGE fat pack.  Be sure to stop in at the event to get a fab deal on that fat pack.

What an absolutely stunning gown from Glo. The pencil skirt, the lush train and a top made merely of rose petals will have all eyes on you.  It really is striking. The lil hair piece is included as well, and it goes perfectly with this elegant side swept up do from Ashmoot.  I am wearing a selection from the Light Blondes pack, but of course there is a full range of color packs to choose from. I can lose myself in the Lucidity line of eyes from FIX8. They just seem to draw me in with their intensity.
